IT'S SAFER TO BE IN IRAQ THAN TO DRIVE IN VIRGINIA
A sad statistic:
889 American men & women died in Iraq in 2007
1000 men & women died on Virginia’s roads in 2007.
The sad thing is, first that people die. The second sad thing is that the fifth column brandishes the first fact as a reason that we should get out of our responsibilities in the Middle East, when in fact it indicates that it is safer to be in Iraq than [to be] driving in Virginia.
