CAUTION - HEADS UP! THINGS COULD GET UGLY!

Well, it’s started! As we mentioned in our blog several weeks ago, the radical leftists that now run the government in Washington have finally put out “the word” to their cohorts around the country to “get in there and disrupt these Tea Party people” - and anyone else who disagrees with their radical socialist policies! They don't need to worry that the protestors who show up will be portrayed as heroes because the usual one-sided media reporting will make certain that ordinary concerned citizens who demonstrate will be portrayed as hooligans. It pays, big time, to have the media in the tank for you!

 

The left wing of the Democratic Party and their community organizer trained, now taxpayer funded, radicals have been engaging in disruptive mob tactics for years and so are better equipped to plan and engage in these sorts of operations than are ordinary citizens. You can bet that the leftists have a game plan that includes sending their cadres to make it look like Democrat politicians are being attacked by out of control, “unreasonable” and “disruptive” citizens. In reality, what seems now to be a conservative majority, are simply trying to have their voice heard. Will they be easily put down by physical threats of violence from those paid off by government bailout money, ACORN conscripts and police called out by the politicians? That’s a question yet to be answered!

You can also bet that liberals believe that if they can create enough phony controversy through their media friends, lay enough “blame” on Tea Party people, show some bleeding on TV and make some arrests, the conservatives will disappear. Well, the “game plan” says it’s worth a try, anyway! Could they be right?

 

Let’s face it, it’s a real challenge to oppose a government that sends their surrogates into the street and backs them up with police power. While things may not be as bad as they were recently in Iran, if concerned citizens continue to be denied their right of free speech, protests could move in that direction! Ordinary citizens, even when concerned enough to turn out at meetings, are not used to blatantly unfair treatment by those they have, even mistakenly, elected to office.

Allow us to mention that in the case of local political entities such as county government and all the little towns and cities that have mini bureaucracies entrenched, there exists a BIG TIME need for trimming just as much as the Federal Government needs to be stripped down in size.

It makes no sense economically, culturally or in any way to have 25 cities within a county that all have a complete bureaucracy of their own...  We tolerate layer upon layer of petty politicians, free riders, municipal building construction and a plethora of completely unneeded spending locally, right under our noses. Do the people in the next town speak some other language, live under another Constitution, have different money, have different road signs and traffic signals, wear different clothes and have their own army? What in Lord’s name has evolved here?

As an example, do we really need a county with 25 city halls, 25 mayors of little towns, 25 town attorneys, 25 police departments, 25 boards of aldermen, 25 city councils and on and on! Do we need hundreds of political campaigns going on every two to 4 years with all the money that's extracted from people in the community to support this foolish nonsense? Most people who go to the polls and vote for individuals running for these low level offices don't even know who these people are or what they stand for. They wouldn't know what Party they belonged to if it wasn't printed on the ballot! This is called "BLOATED GOVERNMENT" folks!

We are so used to doing things this way that we don't recognize crippling waste when it is printed on the ballot right in front of us. We go to the polls like zombies seldom questioning a condition that has grown over the years to become an intolerable drain. Our tolerance of a collection of surplus political activity like this represents unbelievable waste and perpetuates the emergence of the most ignorant and ill informed, amateur, illiterate politicians who are full of themselves and dreaming that they are great statesmen! ...They immediately begin looking for ways to obtain campaign funding and to TAX and SPEND!
